Jerome E. Sligh

Jerome Sligh has more than 20 years of experience in the conflict management field. He is a retired Army officer and a retired Senior Mediator for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). He has a wealth of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) process, workplace interventions, and conflict management. Mr. Sligh is an active, volunteer mediator with the Carrboro (NC) Dispute Settlement Center and participates in divorce settlements and child custody cases. He was a member of the Shared Neutrals Program sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services from 2002- 2017. Mr. Sligh has a B.S. in Business Administration from Cameron University, Lawton, OK and is the owner of J.E.S. Mediation Services LLC.
